Job Outline:

This is an exciting opportunity to develop a new department within the US office of a well-established International Music and Talent Agency.

All candidates must have at least two years' experience as a Social Media Account Executive.

The role requires an extremely proactive and driven person with a clear idea of how to build a world class Social Media Management offering on stable foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Social Media strategies for clients across a range of different sectors in line with pre-determined objectives

Build a personal client list which compliments MN2S’ existing clients

From time to time assist with the development and execution of Social Media campaigns for the MN2S brand

Achieve or exceed set monthly revenue targets

Take the lead in shaping the company’s Social Media Management offering in the Americas, including direction on webpages and digital marketing

Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after any campaign/engagement/activity

Constantly source valuable new contacts, build strong relationships and – adhering to all data regulations – add information to the company’s CRM system

Record and track all leads in the company’s CRM system

Identify new trends in the Social Media world and weave into the strategy where possible

Be an outstanding example to other members of the team, nurture and guide more junior members where needed to the benefit of the company

Be a brand ambassador for MN2S

Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities

MN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the business

Selection Criteria:

Successful previous experience (at least 2 years) as a Social Media Manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbally and in writing), present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the business

Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for Social Media and the agency business

Highly proficient across all Social Media platforms, apps and third party tools

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Natural networker 

Proficient in MS Office (MS Outlook and MS Excel, in particular)

Ability to work well under pressure
