Booking Assistant – Logistics (US)

Job Outline:

You will be dealing with all artist logistics as the main support to our Miami office’s busy agents and their artists. You will also be the first point of contact between artists, managers and promoters from the point a booking is confirmed to completion of the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a brand ambassador for MN2S
  • Demonstrate all the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities
  • Handle every administrative element of an artist/talent’s performance or engagement including but not limited to:
    • Travel/logistics
    • Invoices
    • Itineraries
    • Visas / work permits
    • Accommodation
    • Artist support
    • Rider updates
    • Diary management
    • Ticket sales data
    • Artwork approvals and announcements
  • Where required lend support to the UK team to help cover busy periods and annual leave
  • MN2S may vary the duties and responsibilities at any time and from time to time according to the needs of the business

Selection Criteria:

  • Successful previous experience as a bookings assistant at an agency
  • Well-rounded attitude with interest in events and pop culture
  • High levels of motivation and energy
  • Ability to integrate well at all levels
  • Strong ability to remain focused with a hardworking, professional and flexible attitude while multi-tasking at an extremely fast pace
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and long hours
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the business
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Outlook and MS Excel, in particular)
  • Languages are desirable
